On the 1st May 2017 an Expression of Interest Document was first released by the Papua New Guinea University of Technology Vice-Chancellor’s Office (the Office). The document is for the guidance of parties interested in lodging an Expression Of Interest (EOI) submission as part of a Competitive Bid Process for the proposed development of the Unitech Commercial Precinct (the Project). The Commercial Precinct Development is one part of the wider Unitech Masterplan. The Commercial Precinct Development Guidelines will be used to assess development proposals in the precinct.
